My second eBook and free book promotion!

Hello! My second eBook just launched on Amazon. It is called The Ultimate Guide to a Calm Mind: Overcoming anxiety and worries within one book and it focuses on techniques you can use to overcome and cope with anxiety and stress. Like my previous book, it focuses on being short and concise and is formatted to make it an easy read. You can click this link or the graphic at the bottom of this post to buy the book.

Like I mentioned this book will be available for free. As of now I only plan for it to be available for one day, so check back tomorrow (July 25th) and make sure you get your free copy! I would really appreciate it if you left a review on Amazon. If you have any comments for me please feel free to write them here; I will take them into account when writing my next book.

When I had started writing, these two books had been very planned out previously. I knew what I was going to write about and had all of the information already in my mind; all I had to do was sit down and write it all out. For my next book, I am not nearly as prepared as I was previously. This book will likely take me longer to write, but I have started on it, so it shouldn't be too long! I am also going to try a different format, so I look forward to reading the reviews and comments. Thank you.

Book Release Coming Soon!

I am planning to release my new book within the next 24 hours. Let's hope I can meet that goal! The entire book is written and formatted, I just have to work on getting it up on Amazon.

I will also make my book free for 24 hours once it launches, so be sure to subscribe to this blog so you can get it while it's free! Like I mentioned before, the book is about stress and anxiety. It's called The Ultimate Guide to a Calm Mind: Overcoming anxiety and worries within one book. It focuses on ways to deal with stress and anxiety. Some of the content overlaps with my previous eBook, but there is still plenty of new content.

For The Ultimate Guide to a Good Night’s Rest I tried to keep things concise and organize them in a way that would make it easy for the reader to navigate. The book itself is fairly short and to-the-point. This should make it any easy read that's information-dense.
