My First eBook

Hello! I finally released my first eBook called The Ultimate Guide to a Good Night’s Rest: From insomniac to well-rested within one book. Please leave comments on Amazon and on this page and I will be sure to read them and use the criticism to make changes to my next eBook.
For The Ultimate Guide to a Good Night’s Rest I tried to keep things concise and organize them in a way that would make it easy for the reader to navigate. The book itself is fairly short and to-the-point. This should make it any easy read that's information-dense.
I am in the process of writing my next eBook already. I plan to focus on anxiety and stress and how to overcome these feelings and calm down. I am still not far enough along to predict when the book will come out, so be sure to subscribe by e-mail or RSS feed if you don't want to miss it!
